Had a great experience today with Amy! I had ordered some items during Torrid's Cyber Monday sale, but I was off on the sizes I had ordered. I thought I would lose my great deals and have to return what I had ordered, but Amy completely took care of everything. She reordered the items that were available in the right sizes and she assisted me in finding other items to trade out for the remaining items. She far exceeded my expectations for that shopping trip! I have not been to the mall since the beginning of the year, and I felt comfortable and safe shopping in there. Amy is awesome and I highly recommend this Torrid location!

Had an online purchase I needed to exchange for a different size. Associates were very helpful handled everything perfectly as I looked around the store. This location is very clean and organized.
The ladies here were awesome including a future employee. They took the time to help me piece together my Halloween outfit. I couldn't believe how great it looked. I highly recommend this Torrid and I visit several of them. So far, this has been the best experience. I really love the new Betsey Russell collection. The quality is worth the price.
