The facilities are clean and staff is extremely friendly, which is nice when you are on the go. Visit this facility for their made-to-order guacamole for a nice treat and change up the dry snacks.
It's becoming a little bit frustrating that American airlines believes that covid is an excuse to simply provide less service. Showers were closed, no hot food, limited service. In flight on American in first class international food was pathetic. Again lots of excuses for covid. As an executive Platinum I'm truly disappointed with AA..nnLast week I also flew both Delta and United and guess what there's no covid at Delta. Their lounges are amazing, their food is spectacular, their inflight service top notch.nnTo Doug Parker who I respect, please get AA up to the same standard ASAP.
