Last time we ever come here!!nBrought family from out of town to eat, first time for them, and after the service we had, most likely their last time!nCame in for an early dinner about 5ish. Took over an hour to receive our meals, which was really good. Not thinking, we ordered dessert. Wrong thing to do. We waited about another 30 minutes for our dessert. We had to ask our server for them, by this time I was done with my patience on the service.nI canceled the desserts when they came, and requested the refund on them. Which was quickly added when ordered followed by the bill. Still not receiving our desserts.nAll we wanted was an apology for the delay in service. Manager never approached us of what was the reason for wanting our refund of the desserts.nNot sure if this fell with the kitchen staff or the waitress, I just know that this place will not be one we will be returning to.

Servers were excellent, food was great, but hostess was nowhere to be found. People were leaving due to not being seated in a timely manner. We waited about 15 minutes for our check To be brought to the table.

This locations servers are amazing. Best service I've had in a long time... (I can be a difficult customer) I appreciate their patience and sense of humor! My steak was cooked to perfectionnAbsolutely no complaints.

I am stuck between giving three stars and four. the customer service and the waiter were outstanding. The problem is is that the food tasted dry. Let me rephrase that the food tasted dated and I understand due to covid-19 I realize restaurants are keeping food supplies longer than they normally would when things were at normal pace. I didn't complain or talk to a manager because I don't want a free meal. But I feel this is a honest review.

Terrible service ordered online for carside pick up time was 7:10 told them I was here in the email they sent didn't get my food until 7:30. I had to go in myself and get it not a single server was on the floor the only person who did their job was the bar tender I could hear everyone else in the back having a good ole time while my food was getting cold they all need to be fired manager included.
