Horrible experience, I drove 15 miles to pickup a pair of shoes my son ordered that required payment. I informed the store manager I was picking up a pair of shoes for my son because he had to work. The store manager informed me he that my son had to pickup the shoes in person with his ID. I informed the manager of my son situation and that I have ID to show we live at the same address with same last name and I have all the order details. The manager still would not allow me to pay and pickup the shoes do to lack of common sense store policies. I can no longer support a store that make its customers life more difficult.

I would honestly not give them any stars if that was an option. Extremely poor customer service at this location. I was confronted by one of the staff about unfolding a couple of t-shirts so I could look at the design even though I folded them back up. I am still confused as to how your going to buy anything without looking at it - Can't even check the size lol...... Needless to say I now know why people are increasingly shopping online. I will NEVER spend any of my hard earned money in this store EVER again!!!!
Very friendly & attentive staff. Since we knew exactly what shoes & size we wanted, shoes were brought immediately......we were in and out in 10 minutes
