Amazing Customer Service!!nnWe had a pair of Oakley sunglasses that decided to break just after the one-year “Opps” period had expired. We tried to order parts online, but to no avail. ☹ufe0f Coral, the Oakley Store Manager at the Hulen location in Fort Worth, provided us EXEMPLARY customer service. Went in there to return a pair of lenses bought the day before and the lady was very rude about it. On top of that there are no signs posted on the doors about mandatory masks as it was lifted last week. I was told they were posted on the entrance of the mall which they are not and she never asked me to put one on, instead made an offhand comment to another customer thanking him for still wearing one.
This place is apparently closed at Hulen Mall, as no one is there to answer the phone and no one is inside during their adjusted store hours. Probably be out of business soon. I will find another Oakley retailer and will never come here again. If you say you'll be open, be open. Its simple.
08/17/2020- the lady who open the store ( I didn’t get her name) super rude and unprofessional. Brought back a pair of glasses to return and she had a negative attitude from the start. Try to tell her that the gentleman the last time we came into the store and returned a pair did not give us the receipt back- and she cut me off and stated “ we always give the receipt”. I explained to her that it didn’t happen this time. And she stated that she will look at them but “ if it has one scratch on it I’m not taken it back”. In a nasty tone. Ended up not returning them because I couldn’t deal with her attitude.nnI love Oakley. Every time I go into the store I walk out with something. After today I will no longer come back to this store. I’ll just shop on amazon for my products.
