Anytime I need a shoe or bag repair, I bring them to CSH. They have done an amazing job at replacing heel caps and reconditioning my leather heels. My items are always returned to me as if they are new and I trust them with my designer products. I recently brought in my worn Prada heels and they came back in pristine condition. They also have given me advice on how to take care of my items so I can maintain them long term. Thank you always for your help and services!

Honestly wouldn’t be writing this review if customer service wasn’t so bad at this location.nnThe lady at the front is plain RUDE.nI brought in shoes to get cleaned with minimal stains . New shoes but we spilled something on them and I wanted them cleaned.n(I wiped before bringing them in so stains weren’t too noticeable) I finally come to pick them up, first of all, my shoe laces are missing and the lady tells me to check my car . Lol okay it’s fine we find them inside the shoes.nSo i pay, I’m leaving so I decide to look at the shoes.nSame stains still there. I brought my shoes in looking like new just those little stains, so were my shoes even cleaned? Whatever, I go inside and the lady said there ain’t no stains.. and we can’t guarantee you they’ll be perfect. Um what? So she just has an attitude . No apologies no nothing. Just attitude.nnSince the first time I called to ask for prices she was rude and acted like I should know what I was asking and even chuckled at a question I asked, talking to me as if I was dumb. But I needed the shoes cleaned so I let it go. I came in to the store and she quoted me “I don’t know. maybe $45”nnLooking at the reviews Clearly the lady hates her job and everyone that walks in.nFirst and last time we will do business with this place

Took in a pair of Madden Girl platform boots to get repaired for my girlfriend. The faux leather was torn up on the toe area from where she had tripped - with some patches where the leather was completely gone.nnThe staff at this location was very kind and helpful. The total cost was ~$22 for the repair, and it took less than a week. I was hoping the final result of the work would be a little more close to flawless, but from what I understand, patching something like this can be difficult. Overall, my gf and I are pleased with the work and will definitely return here for future repairs.
