Went in for the Jordan fearless retro 1 size 12 dude told me I had to wait til 12 to see if any didn’t pick up their raffles I waited sat around just for him to try to hustle me and sell me the last size 12 for $220. After letting multiple people buy their size in front of me. Don’t go here unless you have secured a raffle that wasn’t cool at all rather not get the shoe then to be hustle of my money don’t resell the shoes for higher than retail.

An employee told my family we could not come in unless we had a mask but as soon as we left a man walked in with his child only the man had the mask on and not his son, then a couple walks in with no mask either, there shopping around when he noticed us watching he wants to tell them they can't shop unless they have a mask on but the man and his son are still shopping. You can't pick and choose who you want to shop or especially by the color of there skin. Never coming here again.

The return policy is the worst. We got shoes for Christmas that we could only return for store credit, on a paper receipt that probably has disappearing ink. We cant use the credit online, to actually get what we'd like to purchase. The in store options were not what we liked at all. The girl was even unsure if there was an expiration date for the credit. Terribly disappointed in this experience and will not go into this over priced, poor policy store. We will be happy to stick with Academy or anyone else for our shoe needs.
