1st off I just wanna say CONGRATULATIONS ud83cudf7eud83cudf89 to all families with any Babies Born March 31st, 2021-April 1st . My Son was born On the 31st and it went BEAUTIFULLY.nnThis hospital is beyond fantastic & their Food is beyond good. My first born was at Baylor hospital and their food wasn’t good at all ud83dude02 but the nurses here are wayyy to nice and helpful. Me and my wife enjoyed our Time stayed. Blessings again to those families with New horns today !!

The care I received here has never been an issue. But the billing & scheduling dept??? Totally different story. Word to the wise - PROTECT YOURSELF!!!! On more than 1 occasion the scheduling dept contacted me to schedule procedures ordered by a surgeon for cancer screening and testing. Scheduling dept always stated they had the necessary authorizations for the procedures. Months later I would get a bill for the entire balance because (SURPRISE!) they indeed did NOT get the prior authorization they swore they had. Years ago, it took months of myself & my specialist who ordered the procedure battling insurance, etc to get them to pay due to the hospital's negligence & lies. Their billing dept refused to step up to the plate & admit their error and/or make the effort to correct. Most recently, I had a routine mammogram performed at the breast care center. All was well until months later I get a bill for the 3D portion that my insurance would have covered had the hospital submitted it as a routine procedure vs diagnostic (which required prior authorization). I communicated this with billing. My insurance even reached out before denying the claim but they failed to respond. Over a year later, I am still battling this with them and now a collection company. Customer service online and on phone has been less than helpful. Billing refuses to correct their error. So, guess who is stuck with the bill??? ME! Do they care? Nope! I have received nothing but empty promises to research and correct only to find that absolutely nothing has been done to attempt to resolve on their behalf. So, do not rely on their incompetence. Always contact your insurance directly before scheduling anything with them and be careful what you sign at check in. They will throw you under the bus financially and will not care. I will avoid this and any affiliated facility at all costs in the future.

Cardiac team, nurses, and ICU took amazing care of my Father!  I am so, impressed, and grateful to have had them working for him.  He has Parkinson's disease, an aortic aneurysm and needed valve (finally) repaired.  He is a retired surgeon himself, so making him comfortable and happy is ridiculously hard.

Thank you ER nurses and Dr and staff.nYour staff tried to make my mother and I as comfortable as possible. The hospital was facing hard challenges and they did their best with a smile.

We have a 88 year old great grandma and I’m her grandson but the hospital does not answer our calls about how she’s doing not easy! And won’t listen! To our calls.... she would come here 5 times in the past 1 year
