This used to be my favorite place to hang out especially during football season; however, it has been going downhill the last year or two with management changes and high turnover of staff so I felt the need to change my 5-star review to 3 stars.nnThe good: They always try to put all the games on the right TVs so everyone has a good view of what they want to watch (especially important on a Sunday during football season). The bar staff is friendly & attentive, & some of the servers are great. Food is usually above average & orders usually come out correctly. Beer selection is better than average (20 taps) plus a decent selection of liquor/mixed drinks.nnThe bad: The bathrooms are always disgusting, avoid them if possible. Also the purse hooks in the bathroom fell down ages ago & haven't been replaced (and floor is too nasty to set it down). Some favorite menu items and Buzztime trivia are gone (a corporate decision, not this location). Several of the best servers and bartenders have left for greener pastures, mainly due to management changes. Current managers are less attentive to customers than previous ones.nnOverall it's still a decent place to hang out on occasion, just don't set your expectations too high.
Hostess tried to discourage us by saying it would be an hour wait. Instead it was 5 minutes. Same hostess sat us at a table that had food on it. She put the menus on top of the food. We had to ask her to clean it. Started ordering drinks. We were informed that the bar tender said they no longer serve the drink that is advertised on their board and their online menu. We left. Place was nasty.
Great people who work here. My heart goes out to the employees here at this location. For they are severely under staffed. Over 1hr 15 min to get our to go order.. poor ownership to allow this type of stain on there employees. The sad part of this story is that I had seen several customers get upset with the servers over the time it took to get there food. Its a preventable situation that I hope gets resolved. Good food at a reasonable price.
Did not get food on time. Got every single plate separately. Horrible food service from the kitchen and the manager trying to cover for them. A different table that came in well after got their food before our table.nnThe whole table ate with out me. When the food came out clearly late. It literally came out after the table sat next to us. The staff clearly did not seem to care enough to offer any solutions.
I didn’t hate it.. our waitress was extremely professional... unfortunately it was the manager. He reached across the table to deliver food to myself and the other guests at the table, instead of politely walking around.nWhen they didn’t get my order right, he thought it would be a better idea to take a served plate back to the kitchen to correct an issue with my sides. I had to watch my company eat their food while my order sat in the back where I couldn’t see it and the manager did not apologize.. they comp the meal, but that doesn’t excuse the behavior.
