Movie Tavern Hulen

I strongly advise you get waiters to take orders. The ordering process through our own phones would not process! We had to leave the movie to get assistance and they could not figure out why our order would not process. Ended up having to do it the old school way, which apparently has become a human being taking our order and processing it!

My first time back to the theater in almost a year. It felt like a very safe experience, especially since no one else was in the theater with me! Makes me want to continue to support movie theaters! They kept it safe. I ordered my food through their app, same with the ticket reservation. They marked that the seats were cleaned, so you remove that sticker when you sit down. My only disappointment was they didn't let me use my $5 snack cash I had from last March.

New Management. Updated seats. Very clean. Alot better service and attitude than last Management team. I enjoy watching my shows at this theater. I strongly recommend.

Was there 13Dec2020.nnFirst impression: Clean, organized. Was a bit disappointed to see majority of bar tables closed, but it is what it is during Covid Days.nnWe got there very early, and decided to have a drink at the bar (table). There was some confusion as bartender thought I wanted drinks and mozzarella sticks delivered to our seat. No. She did confirm that there was iced teas and popcorn coming to E3 and E4 of Theatre 1 though. Showed her the tickets.. Which becomes important.nnPopcorn and teas were supposed to be delivered to seats at 8pm (+ up to 10min). At 8:25pm, no drinks so I inquired at bar. Bartender didn't know what was going on. Some guy / manager type had walked up, and explained that seat information wasn't on order. Despite this, there were 2 couples only in the theatre. We were one of them. Did someone try to call? Follow upon email? Nope. I was assured that we would get popcorn and teas right away.nnA couple minutes later, we did. (2) Teas with melted ice. Cold popcorn. Tried to inquire at bar, nobody to be found. Went back to movie.nnAfter movie is over, complained to same guy as it looked like place was closed. Told him that it was amazing popcorn as it managed to be the same temperature 2 hours later (after movie) as it was when was brought to us. He remembered order, said was made specifically for us. Yes, you just didn't bring it to us as was supposed to. Asked for someone to contact me, he just walked away. I did stop him and ask where restroom was, so I know that his hearing was in order.

Pretty good place to go see a movie and get a few drinks as well had a pretty good time there line at bar was bar was kinda long though
