Kaiser Permanente Cascade Park Medical Office

I have found the Advice Nurse service at this Medical Office to be incredibly helpful. I have had two difficult situations involving pain management and decision making for my 89 year old mother. Both Melissa and Sandy listened, probed for details, provided perspective and gave me great information. I felt supported

First time booking an appointment with Kaiser online. I did it online and there was a rare opening for a Saturday. I was able to get free parking, sign in at a kiosk, the new member form was only two pages. After the doctor visit, I got a printout and I was able to go to the X-ray room in the next room immediately. Then I grabbed some food at the snack bar. Overall, I’m pleased with the facilities and ease compared to my last doctor. My rating might change if I come back on a weekday, lol.

This is probably one of the worst medical offices in the country. I won’t go into my personal medical issues. But doctors practice medicine and their hands are tied by corporate greed. When your patient needs something you give it to him you don’t make them jump to 20 different hoops knowing they’re going to get to the same outcome which is surgery. You put a person in pain for months and then tell them they need surgery when you finally give them an MRI and finally know what’s going on. Remember kaiser is a business and they could care less about their customers.

Dr. Cynthia Tauscher is a genuinely caring and a brilliant doctor. When I saw her, she provided empathy, asked me questions to verify the problem, created a successful treatment plan that took care of my health issue. After seeing her, I feel confident that I am taken care of, and I am enormously grateful to Dr. Cynthia Tauscher for her compassion and professional approach.

Absolutely love the care we receive here and the pharmacy techs are really kind. Love going here!
