Not enforcing the mask policy has put my loved ones at risk, and unable to continue their cancer treatment at this facility. Shameful how they treat their vets.
ONE star because they're still in the last century operational- wise. You can't email them and you can't text them, and you generally can't call directly to them. They operate on the assumption that you have a 1970s AT&T account phone and you're always home to take messages, or you have one of those newfangled answering machines. They are also way to dependent on snail mail. It is slow and often misses the target, is a huge waste of resources and reduces the odds that an emerging problem will be quickly and efficiently resolved. Sorry to all the good folks that work there. It is what it is- a dinosaur.
