Easy to access, great staff in the office and the clinician I have is very patient and listens to my concerns very thoroughly. She is compassionate and didn't have me feeling like I was rushed through- when I leave my appointments, I feel like my concerns have been addressed and I have been given a good idea of the next steps in the process of care. Overall, a good experience for a frightening ailment
They canceled two appointments at the last minute with me for a heart monitor after I had taken the day off from work. Then they sent me a monitor in the mail without any instructions. This is outrageous!
Dr. Nusair was fantastic. I know he’s a great Dr to patients and he must be an awesome coworker because several support staff told me how lucky I was to have him because he’s so great.
