Thinking about grooming here? Don't waste your time! On several occasions we have made plans and have even taken off work to have our small dog groomed here. More often than not the groomer calls in sick or something else happens and they have to cancel or reschedule. Apparently they only hire one groomer (its what the employees told us) and she's part time so if she doesn't feel like coming to work that day everything gets messed up. We schedule these appointments weeks in advance to even get on the schedule. Just today they texted and canceled our dogs grooming appointment 10 minutes before we were supposed to arrive. (We live in Overton). How frustrating! Is it poor management? Well I guess. So shame on you! I hardly ever leave bad reviews but today Petsense got one. Petsense do you know how often I write negative stuff on reviews? WOW!!!!

Love this store. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Also love that the 11th bag of food is free.
