I came on Saturday 4/10/21 to purchase Advantage II flea medicine for my dog. When I came the girl behind the counter was not facing the front door but turned around & greeted me. I asked where I could find the Advantage II flea medicine, she showed me. I told her the size of my dog & that I needed the large dog box. She then notices a customer walk up to the counter. So she stops helping me & starts checking out the customer & not only that customer; but two other customers. She should of finished helping me & then help the other three customers! This is Not the way to service customers. She definitely needs more training on Customer Service!
Customer service was excellent. I got everything I needed. The store has EVERYTHING & very clean and organized!
Great place to bring pets for a quick wash. Or to get supplies, food, and treats!
Friendly service good facility to take your dog and wash them, clean towels, hair dryer shampoo all for $10 per dog
Best pet store I been too. Have way more small pet toys treats. Employees very nice . Restrooms were clean.
