They say you will love Pet Supplies Plus in Tomball, it's true because they will love on you too...they loved me... I kid you not! The lady ask about my dogs and knew what some of our needs where; then she gave me free samples for my babies. She took time to find me a coupon! Who does that? I love Pet Supplies Plus in Tomball and will go back!
Yesterday me and my friend an (ex employee) went to go shopping for supplies for our bearded dragons. And I had the worst experience. The owner called the store to talk to my friend and complain about coupons offered to the public! She treated her as if she was still an employee and talked to her rudely about us using coupons and I found it unprofessional as my friend went to the store as a paying customer. We spent an unnecessary 30 min at this store. And the experience made us leave without purchasing anything. I honestly will probably never buy anything from this location ever again. The owner really is hassle to deal with and there isn’t really a manger to even deal with when she’s out of the store. She missed out on about 400$ purchases as me, my friend (ex employee) and also we were purchasing supplies for one of my other friends a current employee while she was at her 2nd job. All over a 20 % discount code that any customer can find online.
Terrific locally owned and operated pet supply store on Business 249. Nice wide aisles to shop and navigate through the store. They carry all the big brands and some niche brands as well. Very good selection of small reptile products for my bearded dragons. I highly recommend!
Brianna was very knowledgeable, she informed us that if a product didn’t work we could bring it back and has a sweet personality! We will definitely be back!!
Very nice pet store! Independently and locally owned which is hard to find nowadays. I met the owner while my daughter and I were fish shopping and she was very helpful.
