Slow service. Food tastes like cardboard.
I love coming here from walking in to see welcoming faces to quality of food and timely manner of food preparation. They also have nice variety of sports events to watch here. There has been many times my waitress or waiter have changed the stations just to accommodate my parties viewing wants. Definitely, recommend people to come with friends and family.
If I could i would give them 0 stars. My husband, 2 kids, and I decided to go to dinner tonight which is rare and chose B-Dubs. When we got there we could tell that they weren't busy. It look them 20 minutes to even see us about seating us. Once we got to our table our waiter was nowhere to be found for over 15 minutes. Once he finally got to us and we ordered it took them forever to get us our drinks along with the alcohol menu. Everyone had gotten a drink and I was still without one for another 20 minutes. When I got my drink finally my husband was just getting his beer ordered. It took them 40 minutes after we ordered our food to bring us half our order. Then once we waited another 20-30 minutes we flagged down our waiter for the other half of our order and he had to ask us what he forgot to bring us. Once we had gotten all but one kids order of tenders we had decided that we were going to be leaving without finishing our meals. After paying we finally got our kids meal and left.nThis has not just been a bad experience with the tomball location but also the Cypress location. I don't think we will be coming back for a while.
Food is great, but customer service lacks. They always take long to make your order even when its slow.
Don't waste your time. There are other wing joints with better, cleaner, and more professional staff. The management does not care about you, all they do is earn a check
