Good hotel restaurant/bar. Great salads. Decent steak. The bar has spirits but very limited liqueurs. Bartender doesn't measure. He free pours. Cocktails are pricey too. Restaurant has a comfortable vibe. Lots of wood and nice lighting.

Just ate at Hudson's Bar and Grill. We had the pancakes and french toast for brunch. The staff was pleasant, the environment was nice, the food appears appetizing but it was COLD. We saw when it came of the grill and sat on the counter for several minutes before a server picked it up and delivered it. Also, the syrup was cold and obviously had not been heated. It didn't appear that there were heat lamps or any way to keep the food piping hot while waiting to be served...also at $12-$16 a plate, is it too much to ask for warm syrup?

Ribeye was spectacular. Service is good. Nice work!!

We stopped in for dinner after checking in to the attached hotel. It was late so it was really nice to have a quality restaurant right there. We ordered the bread and oil appetizer and it was tasty. I ordered the scallop entree and my husband ordered the pesto pasta. Highly recommend.

Hudson's is a great place to get some higher-end-than-usual food in the Couve. Their calamari (first picture) is among the best I've ever had and I've recommended it to several people. Last time, I tried their crab cakes (second picture) as well, and while I'm not a fan of crab cakes in general, it tasted good. Their entrees that I've tried have been nicely plated and deliciously flavored. I especially love the scallops (third picture). In addition, the place has always been clean and with friendly service.nnI used to love their happy hour a lot as it had a large menu with some of their best foods (calamari, steak bites, risotto, etc.) at a low price. However, they've vastly decreased their happy hour menu and made the price more expensive. I understand upping the price during these hard times, but I'm not pleased about the menu becoming smaller. The risotto is no longer available and I used to love that. I would have given five stars if not for this change.
