Great local bank with exceptional customer service. Ask for Lori Wick!
If you only bank here in person, it is a great experience.nnSadly, their online banking is completely broken and horrible. They force you to change your password every 3 months. This wouldn’t be an issue if they actually have you warning or allowed you to change it in advance, even if you change the password a day before, the system will lock you out and force you to change it again. This change not only applies to web login, but any other service you are connected to such as QuickBooks also have to be reconnected. They don’t have any app specific passwords at all. Even worse is their two step verification system which is consistently broken, locking you out of your online account. Then when you do actually get in you are faced with the worst banking UI in history. It forces you to dig through menus just to find statements and even recent transactions are a major chore. I have complained dozens of times over the past 4 years and not a single thing has changed.nnIf you own a business, do not bank here. Too many modern services depend on good online banking. Umpqua makes that impossible.
