This bank has excellent staff. They always remember my name and have goodies for my kids and dog. While interest rates may not be as good as a credit union, I love coming and banking here. I've been coming here since 1996 when it was Washington Mutual. The initial changeover was very poor however it's much better now and I'd say it's better than when it was Washington Mutual now.
Never a bad experience. Great service! My goto branch! Even got shorted cash from a teller once and was remedied and explained without hesitation.
Obviously not the place to go get your cash out. You can literally have $22k in the bank and the manager will look at you crazy and stern when you ask to withdraw a thousand dollars. How don't you carry singles if you're a bank? Thank you to the teller (possibly manager) that saved me from depositing/cashing a fraudulent check that could have cost me dearly. She took the time to google the name on the check and showed me that it was a scam. I've always felt like my bank has looked out for my best interest and today they proved it. Will be a Chase customer for life.
Had a very good experience here. I'm a credit customer with no local account and staff at the window and at the desk were both perfectly helpful. Meggan with Customer Service was outstanding for the service that I needed.nQuite impressed with this branch of such a huge banking system.
