Waiting 20 minutes because of having only two tellers is insane. I was gonna give your branch a 1 but Jay the teller who helped me is awesome and brought your score up. He deserves 5 stars the wait time deserves 1 star
Very bad service so slow 2 tellers this is ridiculous im glad I'm changing to bank of America this bank is much better
They can be a little slow but all the tellers are so friendly.
Terrible customer service. Very slow with transactions. I use the merchant teller and am often passed over for people who are not using the merchant services. I have to leave work to make deposits and it typically takes me over 45 minutes. I work in the parking lot across the street.
I came in to deposit a check i ended up with a really bad teller who was stupid and didnt know at all what she was doing and had to have two managers to help her figure things out. I have never in my 6 years of being with this bank had this problem ever happen at first the teller tried to tell me and her manager my check was a fraud when i have deposited that same exact check from the same company for over 2 years and im very disappointed that will be the last check i will ever deposit with this bank because i am switching to another bank thanks to the stupid people whom work here. And if you want to know the tellers name her name is Alexandria Pereira.
