I have banked here since 2009 and have had a great experience nearly each time I have come. I often brought personal deposits or checks from my window cleaning business. I have worked with many of the tellers. I dont see why there are so many negative reviews. I think this branch does a great job.

I Received excellent customer service in a time frame consistent with the time of day or special circumstances such as covid 19. The bank tellers have always been friendly and very helpful.

Came in just to wait for much too long for a simple cashing of coins, I ended up leaving without cashing them in. I see many reviews mention the wait time and lackluster customer service. Obviously something that needs to be addressed
