Worker are rude and refused to cash a check for me cause I didn't have a account and wouldn't open up a account cause they said they don't do that just for check cashing! Very rude people
I do not understand all the negative reviews. This bank is the greatest. Managers and tellers are all very helpful. I have been going here for years and every time is a good experience.
Doing millions of transactions each month. They still try to charge me all these stupid fees after having a top tier platinum account. Frustrating to say the least. On a good note Ed Maxwell Bernstein took outstanding care of of us for 4 years straight. (He recently moved)ud83dude15 Ed simply gets things done for me as a customer.
Don't come here to cash a check or if you want friendly service. The manager, Brian, is extremely rude as was the other manager, Cindy (Cyndy?). The teller was friendly. I've never had to wait 20+ minutes at any bank to cash a check... issued by their institution. What a joke. My boyfriend and I will NEVER be Bank of America customers after this experience.
