U.S. Bank Branch

Great service, friendly employees, and can I tell you what’s special about it?nnThey’ve been accepting and appreciating the green ink pen (ballpoint pen, manufactured by BIC) I use on the deposit slips for my paychecks!!! So the bank deserves 6 stars!!!

I had to give one star due to not being able to give none. Worst bank I’ve ever had to deal with. CSR were not knowledgeable and just gave us the run around. Go to any bank other than US Bank. That is if you want to avoid bad service

I am so very pleased with Colleen Lewis who manages the meat department at this store! I lost the stone from my ring quite a while back by hitting it against the small window protecting the sausage in the meat area. She helped me look and look that day but it was no where to be found. She promised me she would continue to look when she cleaned out the whole cold shelves. Her helpers cleaned the area but did not find my stone. I really thought it was gone forever and I was sad to say the least. Today Colleen found my stone!!! She was doing a complete clean and restock of her fridge and there it was right where I had lost it. She had kept my name and phone number all this time and called me right away with her discovery of it! What a wonderful person and a valued employee for Fred Meyer's. We are so lucky to have some one like her working at our local Fred Meyer's store. I just had to let the world know what a great person and employee Colleen really is. Thank you Colleen for treating me with such a caring and professional attitude. I am so thankful as this stone has a lot of sentimental value to me. Way to go Fred Meyer's for having such a great and caring individual in your employ.

Every time I go in , the crew are personable, efficient, friendly and thorough. Service with a smile - and they always have a lollipop for my little man! I love that this branch is open Sundays!!

Banking here is great. Staff very helpful and friendly.
