Literally the slowest bank ever. I give them one check to deposit and it takes 10 minutes. Lines are so slow! They need to hire more employees
Horrible wait lines. Get more tellers US Bank. You can afford it. This is most US banks. Will never recommend. Don't even bother with the drive through..they don't come. Jireh was very nice though!
I have been going to this branch for years now and have always had a great experience there. I am always greeted with a smile and everyone is extremely kind and professional. I have had a few encounters now with a lady named Gretchen. She is just awesome. She always goes above and beyond to help and her customer service in general is some of the best I have ever seen. I am thankful this branch in particular has wonderful employees who really care about their customers. Keep up the great work everyone.
Everyone at this bank is very nice and helpful. The Mgr. could not be more friendly and a true leader. He is the first one to jump onto a teller window if help is needed. His humble approach to leadership will serve him well in the years to come. He is a credit to U.S. Bank.nDanny has helped me consistently for the past two years. Went there two times and waited for over 30 minutes for a customer service agent But had to leave before I talked to one because I couldn't wait any longer. And I have multiple accounts with them, so I am upset. May pull everything out of U.S. BANK.
