I went here last night with a couple of friends and sat at the bar. The atmosphere was awesome!! Krista was our bartender and she was on point!!!! Drinks were amazing and the food was great too! It got pretty busy and she didn't miss a beat! She got the drinks fast and made sure everything was perfect for us!! Definitely the best bartender of any Chili's I've been to!! Thanks again for the wonderful service!! We'll definitely be going back!!!
Chips were covered in grease
Drove from Beaumont to eat at Chili’s in Silsbee because we heard it was much better than in Beaumont. Wow! whole different world! Staff is friendly, food was great, and they even made my 7 year old an ice cream sundae when she finished all her food! We will definitely make the drive from now on!!
Lousy service. Waited 30min, still no food. Went to bar & ask for a manger. Finally 30mins after that we got our food. Which tells me the waitress never turned our order in. The manager never came back by to check on us, which he should have followed up with us.. The waitress said she didn't charge us for our sodas because we got such lousy service (her words). BIG WHOOP!nThe waitress took our food & drink orders. Brought our drinks & appetizer, then she never checked on us again until when she brought our steaks an hour later (after I went to manager). As a former waitress, that is unacceptable.
Went there tonight to eat and was told there would be a 45 minute wait understandable. After waiting for a while hostess comes up and says that unfortunately anyone still waiting would have to order to go You would think a manager would come out to apologize, explain or something but nothing . Keep in mind they still had over an hour before closing time and then I leave and 5 minutes later I get a text my table was ready. How can a table be ready you aare refusing to sit someone at.
