Not like any other bank. Loose design. Not very safe. In Safeway store. Not safe. No counters, just desks.
I have been a member of OnPoint for a little over two years now and every visit I make here the people are so kind to me. I recently needed to finance my leased vehicle and the service I received was exceptional. Leia Daranouvong was the person in charge of my loan and she made this experience significantly less stressful for a first time borrower. Overall, this credit union has never failed to be thoughtful and kind with the service they provide.
Staff seem to lack knowledge. Poor customer service. None of the tellers or bankers ever seem to want to help. I always get the vibe they just want to find an excuse to make me get up and leave.
This is the worst bank for anyone who wants just a regular account. Horrible customer service. And insane limits and restrictions
