The young guy that helped us was very knowledgeable and super helpful. They were busy but he made sure to pay you the attention you needed and answer any questions and see that you were taken care of all the way thru check out.nThe store is a bit dark, especially in the fish area. It really needs updated, but still better than the big box type stores.
Absolutely love this place!!!! I'm in here at least once a week and they never let me down. They also take great care of their reptiles! The other animals as well, but I'm a reptile person so that's what I notice ud83eudd37ud83cudffc♂ufe0f
This is my favorite pet store in Denton. Their prices are reasonable but more importantly the animals seem very healthy and well cared for. Georgia is an excellent groomer. We take our standard poodle there and have never had any issues. Other groomers have gotten water in his ears that leads to ear infections and are painful and expensive to have treated.
As soon as I walked in the place smelled really bad. Tanks not in great shape, few fish in tanks some lights not on, few dead fish. Sorry for negative feedback.
