I wanted a place that my friends could relax and enjoy each other's company. We had so much fun Bowling, Games, and the food was Awesome. Hoping we could find a few more friend to join. Kinda like to see some pool tables. Other then that I Loved it.
Came here today for my husband's birthday! The venue itself is set up nicely and we had lots of fun! The real star and the reason fueling this 5 star review is the bartender Adam!! He went above and beyond for our group today and all of us were extremely impressed with his customer service!
It was mine and my husband first visit. We really enjoyed our ti.e there. We had our son and his family was with us. We bowled, ate pizza and played video games. We also did their Laser Tag. Everything was great. Prucing was good. But getting there when they first opened for the day. It was dirty. The floor was sticky, the bathroom was not cleaned from the night before. There was no trash cans to throw trash away. Management was very nice and we plan on going back. But if it is dirty again then we will have to find another place.
This was probably the most fun I had in 2 YEARS. Staff was excellent, bowling was fun, and their arcade was fun as well. I would recommend taking your kids here, it is way worth the money.
I have visited this establishment and have experienced it as a customer and as an employee. As a customer, the bartenders and servers are slow and always chatting or hiding in the hub on their games (switch , oculus) . You have to place your order at the bar and get it yourself, even refills for drinks (fountain), which is located behind the bar . Employees are allowed to be on all forms of social media and are usually on their phones. Guest services management could be way better.
