Absolutely the worst customer service ever!!!! Ordered products 3 months ago and got a fourth of what was ordered! Have called and emailed with absolutely no attempt of a return of either. I am surprised a company respected as RP would allow this podunk operation use its name and imagery!

HORRIBLE customer service. We emailed, called, Facebook messaged and instagramed this company for the answering machine and no replies at all! The shipping also is amazingly horrible. We ordered and didn't get a notification of shipping until 3 weeks LATER and it didn't even ship they just made the label. We had asked for a refund weeks before the shipping notification was sent and nothing.. If i could give no stars I would. Do not recommend at all
