Great service all around! From purchasing to install of our new playground we were extremely pleased. We purchased the 27d playground and it was a here within the time I was told and installed yesterday. Great communication by everyone at River City on when to expect the playground and for installation scheduling. Very happy with the appearance and all of its features- you get a lot of bang for your buck with all the cool accessories (most of which come standard) My kids could barely wait till the guys were done installing to jump right on it and played past dark. Would definitely recommend River City Play Systems to anyone! Thank you so much! ☺ufe0f
Adam was wonderful to work with, we have very small yard and he drew up a plan for work could possibly work for our yard. In the end we decided to not purchase due to not enough space in our yard for the needed safety around the structure. Wish it could of worked out. Thanks again Adam.
River City Play Systems saved our Christmas!! Contacted them late the night before Christmas Eve looking for an add on to our existing play structure, and they replied! They had what I was looking for, were extremely helpful and stayed after hours so that I was able to pick it up. I can’t say thank you enough and how grateful I am for your superb customer service! River City Play Systems is truly Santa’s secret outdoor play workshop!
