I can't say enough about the products! I had been dealing with leakygut going back 17 years. My gastro-doc said he didn't know how to help me back when. That lead me to natural medicine! I had tried literally dozens upon dozens of probiotics but it wasn't until I started EM-Gold and pro-EM-1 that my life was given back to me. I started gradiently (slowly) and I started experiencing more and more gut health! I could not believe that I had never found this company in all my research over the years. All the other probiotics didn't seem to take and now I know why. They really aren't live organisms or they just don't survive long enough to get it into the right places. These products have produced nothing short of a miracle after I began taking it. I recommend anyone with a gut condition or if you just want better health, give these products a try. Whenever introducing changes into the gut, please give yourself plenty of fiber (salads/veggies, low glycemic of course, the bad gut bacteria love to feast on sugar or things that turn into sugar and they grow themselves off that). The fiber acts as a sponge so that helps eliminate bad gut bugs as you are growing your good gut bacteria. This is important in any diet. If you eat breads and grains, sugar is still being introduced so moderate that if you want more gut health using the organisms. I love TeraGanix for bringing these product to the public from Japan. EM1 is an excellent product. Anaerobic fermentation has a lot of potential. I use it to turn food waste into rich compost in under 4 weeks. My plants are loving it. I would recommend it to anyone in agriculture. It is also excellent for reducing livestock related odors.

EM 1 is an excellent product. We use it in our hot tub along with EM ceramics. It works beautifully and we are very happy not to be using chlorine or harsh chemicals.nnPRO EM 1 is a daily probiotic cleanse. It is perhaps the best supplement I have ever taken. It keeps me healthy and regular!nnWe have also made our own bokashi for composting and our plants love it too.
