I placed an order with this company and have been waiting for months to receive. My order never came. I called and was told the order is on backorder, so I canceled it. I was told that the order will be canceled and I will receive a refund. They never canceled the order and never received a refund and never received my items. Never buy anything from this company. They are liars and does fraudulent business.
When I order something, it's either because I need it or I want it. Almost a fortnight goes by and I do not receive an update for an order. Weird, right? I write and I get a response that gosh, people were wondering what was holding up this order. I'm thinking, 'so?' I'm told the order will be filled with priority shipping. A few days go by and I write AGAIN. This time, I'm assured that they think they have the stock. I'm thinking, 'and?' The next day, I get a refund with an email that the order can be filled. Now my emails are being ignored. Not impressed.

Ordered on Friday and I called to verify order on Monday, I left a voice message and within 20 minutes I received a phone call advising me that they received my order and it is being processed today and I should have the order by the end of the week.
