Horrible communication. They only answer your calls once in a blue moon. Made a very simple order and it ended up taking 3 weeks. They initially took down credit card info for the payment over the phone but never charged it. I called back a week later and my order was at the bottom of the pile because it wasn't paid for. Very unprofessional.

The worst customer service ever , I was waiting for threee weeks for them to show up,i had to go to the shop to ask if they want to go to fix my drive thru window ,I have left my bussines card twice and they just don’t care about their costumers , they want u to beg for their service ... who do you think you are??

The one star reviews are correct. I called because it’s a local shop. The lady I spoke to was not rude but she wasn’t pleasant either. It was like they didn’t need anymore customers.

This place horrible. I normally don't like to leave negative feedback, but they have horrible customer service. My husband placed an order for a tabletop glass and they said it would be 2 or days and they would call him back. A week and a half went by and he tried calling and calling. When they finally answered the lady that answered didn't even have the order and again she said she would look it up and call him back. Still haven't heard from them. Finding another place!
