Excellent shopping experience. The staff is friendly & knowledgeable & the selection is incredible. I'm especially grateful for their return & sampling policy, takes away all the anxiety of finding food for my picky eater.
Extremely helpful and knowledge. My cat has been throwing up and they were able to suggest new food for him. AND if he doesn't like it, they'll take it back. (They donate it so it doesn't go to waste!)

The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The selection of food and treats is amazing! The store is very trustworthy so I know everything I buy here is the best for my dogs and that is incredibly important to me.
Incredible! They helped me pick out the perfect products for my two cats, and did it with a smile! Well, I think they were smiling under their mask. Overall, fantastic customer service!
