In town for a family birthday party. Staying at La Quinta and Chili’s is literally right next store so we walked over Friday night. Sat at the bar to eat and have a few drinks and had a blast. Staff and manager were amazing. They were slammed and watching this group hustle with smiles on their face was amazing. Came back in Saturday. Different bartender but same experience. Keep it up guys. You guys rock.
I am so impressed. I ordered a steak medium & it came out rare, my waitress took it back to be cooked a bit more & it came out rare-medium rare. Without having to ask she brought her manager over and her manager confirmed how I wanted my steak cooked and went and got me a new one. I had to leave in a hurry so she brought my steak out, let me cut into it and then boxed it up for me. She even gave me a side of A1. Thank you for your patience and understanding. The manager on duty this morning was WONDERFUL.
Ate at the Chili’s in Brownwood, TX several times and finally received the best service ever. We sat at the bar and the young lady with pink in her hair was fabulous, attentive and so positive. Hope she is here when we come back. She is the best!
Very friendly service. Speedy food delivery. Food tasted great was fresh and still hot when served. Everything look clean and Well maintained. I would recommend stopping by if your in town.
I always enjoy their lunch chicken fajitas. They are tasty and fills you up. I usually take some home with me. If you sign up for their rewards program most weeks you can either get a free appetizer or free dessert.
