I highly recommend this pet ER. The staff are kind and courteous. Dr. Jones has an amazing bedside manner as she comforted us during our visit as we tried to understand our baby’s declining health. She explained our options thoroughly and patiently for our fur baby Ume. This made a tremendous difference making one of life’s hardest decisions. Your kindness and compassion is greatly appreciated as our beautiful baby went to Heaven.

My four month old puppy developed signs of parvo, in a panic I went here and even during these trying times they still managed to be extremely helpful and reassuring. I want to send a special thanks to Eva, she was patient and kind and I will never forget what the staff and doctors did for my little baby. A week ago I thought she was going to lose her life, today she is eating and playing as she normally would. Well worth every penny spent!

The veterinarians and staff are the most amazing and caring people. Thank you all for your love and compassion you showed toward my little girl even when she crossed that rainbow bridge.

If I could give this place and its staff 0 stars I would. They waste time and just want money. ALL of the staff is rude and they have do not have customer service skills clearly. Also they do not have mathematical skill either. When clearly explained they gave my pet 2 weeks worth of meds when mathematically they gave him 3 to 5 days worth. Thanks for keeping my dog in pain you pieces of s***!! Place is horrible, avoid at ALL costs and go somewhere that truly cares about your fur baby.

We took our baby into The Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Center on the 18th of July for acting abnormal. I called ahead of time to ask if lab services were available. They ensured me that they were equipped with the staff to draw and provide white blood cell and liver function test results. After leaving our sick female King Charles Cavalier with them for several hours they were still unable to fulfill there promise. After talking to a provider they told me they also did radiology exams. I let the provider know I only wanted white blood count and liver enzymes tested. She got upset with me and told me to pick up my baby. She said she was fine and denied me the diagnostic reports. I looked up the laws for patient rights on retrieving results. I should have been giving my results after 10 business days. I am still without results. I think that my Zia never got the care they promised. Needless to say my baby passed away last Friday. This is disheartening. Please don’t trust your loved ones with is clinic. It’s sad to see how greedy and misleading a vet clinic can be. 😔
