My wife since buying hearing aids five years ago, HearingLife, formerly Accuquest, has been monitoring her hearing, audio testing her ears, adjusting device, and supplying batteries without charge. For her last appointment, she went to the location across from the Methodist Hospital on Judson Rd. Door locked. Nobody inside or returned call to let her in for 1000 appointment. We drove to this location on Toepperwein Rd. Receptionist was friendly and accomodating. The Doctor who examined her hearing was personable & professional. The session lasted about 45 minutes. On the way out, my wife asked for & received extra batteries.
