I went for a hearing test and was told I need hearing aids. I gave them my insurance information when I made my appointment. The day of my appointment they said they were still waiting on my insurance to tell them my coverage. A week later, I called because I still had heard nothing. The receptionist said the doctor got married and was on his honeymoon. A week and a half later...still nothing. So I contact them to get a copy of my test results. I was told that they would not give them to me because they do the test free. So now, I have to wait another 2 weeks to get in to another doctor for ANOTHER test... then wait again for the hearing aids.nBad service....
Milissa was very helpful in all aspects of using a hearing aid.
Victor Esparza at the Goliad and Military office was so helpful, professional and friendly. He made the entire process so easy because of his informative expertise. I would recommend this location to all seeking help from tinnitus and its accompanying hearing loss!
They were courteous and took care of my needs in a reasonable amount of time
