My husband and I loved this place. There are so many treasures inside at great prices. I especially lived the hand made birdhouses. The proprietor, Larry McLaughlin, looks a little grumpy at first appearance, but is really delightful and interesting to talk to. It's my favorite shop in Bandera.
Amazing place, love the Flags!!
The employee working was very rude. I would not spend my money at a business where I'm not treated well. The General store, the place across the street that sells pickles, and the florist were absolutely wonderful. We found some great things!
This is where i find all my country rustic stars for all kinds of projects. We also buy all other kinds of rustic decor. We travel from Lytle, Tx. just to get our items. Great service. Great prices.
VERY RUDE owner (or may be employee). I browsed 1 book, and he accused me of breaking the spine and ruining it. I was very careful with the book and did NOT break its bind or bend any pages. If I had caused damaged, then I would have been the first to acknowledge it and buy it. In fact, the book had prior damage (tears, stains, dirt etc), which he was accusing I had done and was trying to bully me into a buy. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS STORE. (However, other store owners in Bandera were very kind and nice.)
