Good customer service but low stock in store.
Never going back. Manager and workers were standing at the front eating cupcakes instead of being helpful. Felt like I was bothering them with my presence. Got fussed at by the manager for getting something off the top shelf by myself when no one would come help. Doesn’t even deserve one star. He then proceeded to shoot death glares at us the rest of the time we were in there. Was going to buy a pair of shoes but now am going to go somewhere where I feel welcome and can actually get help.

The store manager was amazingly awesome. Super kind, super nice. Any store manager I've ever met in any store could learn a lot from this man. He is very good at what he does and he seems toove doing it. He cares about his customers and makes you want to come back and shop with them Way to go Rack Room Shoes.
