Didn't have enough Wide Shoe selections for kids but staff was friendly

If you can't find it here... they most likely can order it for you.

I visited the Winchester store and wasn't able to find what I needed but they called around until they found it and held it for me to pick up. The next store, Manchester, had them ready and waiting. Thank you for your outstanding service.

I went in tonight and was able to meet the nicest lady! She was kind and helpful, helped me pick out my shoes and put them on. And the store always has LARGE sizes, which is why I shop here!!

Salespeople are rude and unhelpful and will only talk to you with a greeting when you come in and when you leave. I was in their clearance section and had a question. Both salespeople that were there ignored me and talked over my attempts to talk to them. More interested in sales displays than actually making a sale. Do Not Shop There!!!
