I think they are good.. I took my dogs there for years.. had to take one by there a few days ago and they figure out it had allergy .. they give it a shot the dogs much better and it's like taking your car to a mechanic some of them know what wrong with it and some just are just guessing.. I think they know more than the other..we all make the wrong call sometime.. and the cost was less than $100 the shot was 40.

Dr Palmer and Dr Jackson saved my cats life . I brought in an oriental shorthair that was on deaths door . If I had taken her anywhere else i would’ve been charged thousands and possibly lost her . I can’t thank them enough . Everyone of the staff is amazing and treat their patients with dignity and respect . They listen to my suggestions and take into account my concerns . Mrs Pam is a doll and one of the biggest reasons I drive an hour to bring my pets to town and country . I will never take my pets anywhere else !!! They have a customer for life

Excellent service every time, it's the only place I take my pets. Very friendly staff.

These folks are awesome. Our cat, SUSHI, had a major urinary tract issue beginning shortly after the first of the year 2020. We have spent a lot of money on her, and on one trip I actually carried a military shell case for a coffin for her. They all were very caring and helpful AND KEPT on working with various medications and methods eventually SAVING our cat's life. The Doctors really know what they are doing, and the staff are all knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous --- PROFESSIONAL!

This has been the most irritating, disappointing, poor communication veterinarian experience I have ever had. We were looking for and new vet and gave them a try. My dog had 1-2 spots that needed to be removed. I dropped him off day of surgery and they had his information mixed up with another dogs along with my other dogs information that was completely wrong down to size and breed. I pick my dog up that afternoon and he comes out having 8 PLAECES REMOVED!! That had already been determined fatty tumors by two vets including Dr, Elise Prince. I was so mad and upset this wasn’t discussed with me first. Riley is 12 and had such a hard recovery from something that was completely unnecessary. I wanted to speak to someone then but they were to busy. I called for three days trying to speak to Dr Elise about what happened and kept getting passed around. When she finally called me she said she had nothing to apologize for and that while he was under she just decided to go ahead and remove them allud83dude21 you do not do this to some ones dog with out at least discussing it with them first I was completely shocked when I saw him come out. Other then that experience there has been medicine mix ups and one day they can mail it to you and the next they can’t.Brandy who works the front desk messed something up just about every visit. We will not be going back and will try to worn anyone that is considering taking their pet/family member there. You should be able to trust your vet. The lack organization and communication along with honesty and owning up to when they are in the wrong.
