The drink was okay but the pizza tasted like it was a week old and reheated in the microwave. Could bang it on the table and it wouldn’t even break...

I love this place... great beer, nice people.. but they can’t get more than 1 item at a time out the kitchen... last two times I was there it was not busy but our food order came out separate and not by a little... awkward..

Absolutely amazing! The kitchen staff was extremely short staffed (at no fault of theirs!) for our visit, but the food was still timely and absolutely delicious. The beer selection was incredible with a wide variety for whatever your tastes are, and the pricing is very fair. I can see myself coming back often.nnI'm at bit confused by the negative reviews on here, saying that the service was slow or unfriendly...when our group went, everyone working was incredibly friendly despite us having a ton of food and drink orders put in. Even after ordering 4-5 appetizers and many entrees, in addition to the previously mentioned short-handedness, the food was out in a timely manner and was very good for the price. Maybe others expected fine dining at bargain bin prices? I can't really speak for them, but for me, A Beer at a Time was the most impressed I have been with a new (for me) dining experience in a very, very long time.

How dare the employee serving drinks at the bar (9/6/2020 @ 2:45p, insult me because I called and ordered food on the phone? She claimed to other patrons that I was rude because I called in an order rather than waiting in the long line which was forming. I was already seated and decided to order food. Not clear how I am rude for doing so? Explain that one. Very rude and poor customer service. Not what I expect from an establishment that was my first visit since moving into the area. No tip will be provided for this insult. What a lousy employee. Think about admonishing her or even removing for a nicer person.nnThis server came to where I was sitting and insulted me again telling me to not order on the phone and tonplace my order in line...she did this in front of other customers. So establishment owner, are you telling me that you do not accept orders on line or over the phone during a pandemic and allow your employees to berate customers. Never coming here again. Will tell more friends and family about this experience of course. If you own this place call me...I will be happy to discuss this incident with you if you care. ???nShelby and Leigh Piersol. Owners

This place was great! Incredible food, drinks, and service. We had a larger party getting lots of drinks and food to go around. They were unexpectedly under staffed and an oven broke but even with one cook in the kitchen they did a phenomenal job keeping up with our busy table.
