Just moved back to the area and boss gives me a paycheck a little larger than the bank can authorize cashing being it's a third party check. Okay, no problem and even understandable. I cant even be irritated with that. I am informed they can cash it if I opened an account there, but they are closing soon, so not today. I was told this by the manager...... It takes literal minutes to open a bank account and its not like it was one minute to closing and even if it was, they close at 4:30. Even McDonald's would stay open 2 extra minutes for a customer. Yeah, Mickey's has better customer service than you. If a bank cant take a few minutes for a customer for even the most basic of services, then there is a good chance that bank (maybe it's just that location?) is not going to take care of you in any way after you become a customer. Either way this location turned me away from opening an account with BofA at any location. Thanks for helping me to eliminate a choice of who to bank with.

Because of COVID-19 they need to minimize the number of people standing in line inside.nCurrently they allow about 8 people to stand in line inside. Would be safer if it was reduced to 2

Had a great experience working with Jonathon C. today at the BoA on 164th. He was helpful, polite and professional - treated me and my wife like valuable customers. I am not a big reviewer, but I felt this young man deserved a pat on the back for treating these customers right.

Absolute worst service! I am livid. After they verifyed my insurance check they ask me for 2 pieces of id which I provided everything but what they needed. I say this check is written off of you guys what do you expect me to do? Well you can open an account and deposit the check... uh really? No fn way! You guys treat me like some sort of criminal then try and make me open an account? So wrong for the way they treat people. Did you ever think that might be why I dont have an account to begin with? I plan on complaining to everyone I know.
