I went in to get a simple account statement printed out. The 3 people working at the counter apparently could not help me and I needed to talk to the personal banker. She was on the phone so I waited. 10 minutes later after listening to the personal banker talking the same phone call about her upcoming trip to Las Vegas, I finally asked the 3 people at the counter if they seriously couldn’t help me. I was told no. I then left. It seems absolutely ridiculous.
Excellent customer service, good banking ethics, great perks, quick service. I'm well pleased!
Bad billing practices. Auto pay always not working. Sometimes mortgage payments get pulled two times.nnJust terrible operations, and then the people working there are also super rude.
