First Tech Federal Credit Union

Over all a good credit union but they have not updated the hours for the Vancouver branch on 164th. They have been closed since March due to covid-19. I wish they would update there information. I have known a lot of people drive there to then find out this information.

Confusing and seems a little intimidating at first, but no issue once u know to locate but building access is open to the public and good service provided inside..nFYI. **HP ONLY SIGN ON BUILDING**n+Park in a parking spot. +Enter through front doors. + Go through Security. +Located towards the back of the building

Don't understand the issue anyone has with security desk, you just show ID and sign in? I find the location very convenient, has never been a wait for service. Everyone is always friendly, especially Jeannette, she is ALWAYS smiling. I have been with FTFCU for 27 years now, and people like her is what keeps me there. Very happy with the CU and this location.

This branch is pretty hard to find if you don't work in the building, so this is how you get in there. Park in one of the bank parking spaces in the cul-de-sac and walk into the main entrance of the HP building. There is a First Tech customer sign-in list at the security desk. Once you sign in, you walk all the way to the end of the long atrium space and it will be on your right. They are closed on weekends.
