Journeys at Citadel Mall in West Ashley is a cool place to get some really good shoes and apparel. I have had a really good shopping experience every time I have been here and have been able to find some good items here. I am routinely impressed with their selection and have been satisfied with all of the purchases I have made here over the years and have received many compliments when I wear them out.

The customer service here is phenomenal! We were greeted as soon as we entered and helped by Anthony and Shannon. They both love what they do and it shows! This degree of customer service is very rare and to get it from two teenagers is a breath of fresh air. I would definitely recommend Journeys for anyone shopping for shoes!

To be honest this is like my second favorite shoe store to buy shoes from, I love their design and sense of style. Their customer service is great and their prices are reasonable.

They have great service and when you let them know what your looking for they are always there to help you out. They also have a variety of good quality shoes.

My granddaughters love this store and I love going with them.
