They sell little tiny bearded dragon babies. So cute. Had mine over a year now. Do your own diligence on all the equipment, time and money for raising a baby bearded. They aren't check, but hold close to your heart. She's my emotional support animal.

I have always had a very easy experience ordering online with Petco and love the fact that you get discounts when you order online! I have had issues with the product I order saying in stock and it actually wasn't, but it has always been easily fixed for me by the staff at the store! The staff at the Charleston, SC store on Savannah Hwy are wonderful and they should get a shout out for being so easy to work with and for always going above and beyond to be so helpful and fix any issues that I have had!!

Staff was friendly and helpful as always, and pick up was easy! Plus your Black Friday sale was amazing, and you have consistently better prices for the brands my dogs love than competitors. I love this Petco, its always clean too!

I have gone to this location a few times, the first time was a month ago and I signed up for the rewards program. I went again yesterday and they could not locate my number in the system, but found my name, added my number, and then checked to make sure it was all updated. I went back today and the cashier was the same. She tried to look me up with my number, but couldn’t find it, then told me that it wouldn’t update for 2 weeks and that I should have brought some barcode that she gave me yesterday. She was trying to check out us and another customer at the same time and seemed to not be interested in truly helping us out. I even told her that we set up our rewards a month ago, but she wouldn’t try to look me up again. I did not receive my rewards for this purchase, but was more frustrated with the poor customer service.

I think the company overall is committed to great customer service but I find this particular store has some issues with inventory management. I like to place my order ahead of time for store pick up but frequently find that the store will show they have an item in stock only to send me notification that the item wasn't actually in stock. Do this to a customer enough and they'll start looking for places they can depend on.
