TD Bank

I visited this branch today. First of all, that address is incorrect as the entrance to this branch is nowhere near Calhoun Street and there is no signage directing people to the branch entrance. The entrance is on E. Bay Street behind another building that faces Calhoun street.nnSecond, when I finally found what I thought was the entrance, I scanned the QR code and put in my info (The virtual queue in the Covid-19 era). Got a message that said 0 people in the queue. Waited. And waited. No phone call. No text message. I went inside the vestibule and waited. There was a bank employee making eye contact with me through the door from his office. He sat there and ignored me. Didn't get up, didn't give me a hand gesture to go around to the correct door, didn't call someone else to come over and help me. I was clearly looking lost. This dude just sat there looking at me.nnI then called the branch and found out that I was at a side door, not the main door. So even though there was a sign posted on the side door with the QR code, I was just left helpless and had to call after just sitting and waiting with no information and a TD Bank employee inside staring at me.nnFinally I discovered the main entrance and just walked in. So the Covid-19 protections are just ignored at this branch. Anyone can just walk in. You don't have to scan the QR code. You don't have to wait outside. But - if a person is able to ever find the entrance - the employees are completely unwilling to help anyone. Great service.

TD Bank on Calhoun Street is a really good bank branch. The staff here is very knowledgeable and patient. I have had a couple of complex matters here and they have been able to resolve them all with a little bit of work and creativity. Where other banks have not lived up to expectations this one certainly has. I like the design and location of this branch as well as it is easy to access and has plenty of available free parking.

Been a with TD bank for years and have been very pleased with customer service both in all locations and over the phone. This branch has parking at thier beautiful downtown office, which is rare, in addition to having a drive-through teller and atm down the street. Very convenient set up. Additionally they have a bathroom for customers which may sound like a small deal, but having a bank take all your money and then not let you use thier facilities, doesn't feel right.
